The changes to the Unley Development Plan have resulted in the first application to build a multi-storey building on Unley Rd. A 6,000 square metre site between Opey Ave and Hart St. Council were briefed on this project last night and the plans will be available to view at the Council Chambers this week. However, Council is no longer the assessor of projects over 4 storeys or over $3 million.
