Most of the parents are Unley Council residents anyway and by the time school starts, most of the paid parks are taken and the remaining streets now have 4 hour time limits? What do you suggest they do? Walking and cycling are fine when the weather is good but inevitably there will be rainy days or heatwaves. What's the alternative - encourage parents who work in town to drive into town?
