Activity details: You don’t stop dancing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop dancing! Dancing is a great way to keep active and socialise with others. This program is suitable for individuals and groups. Participants are encouraged to bring their own music for a freestyle dance segment.

Activity details: No Lights No Lycra is a weekly lights-off chance to dance in the dark for the pure joy of dancing. It’s a place to shake out the stresses of the week, let go of your inhibitions and completely be yourself. We're part of a global community providing an inclusive and non-judgmental space to move. Car parking and toilets available. All ages and fitness levels welcome and lycra is totally ok!

Activity details: Meet the OceanÃa and Australian champion in a workshop where you will learn basic self-defence! Discover what Karate Do is and how you and your children can benefit from its practice. We will run a short session where participants can learn about Karate philosophy, basic Japanese words and counting and practice four basic Karate techniques.
Three sessions will be offered for various age groups as follows:- Children ages 4 to 7 (4-4.45 pm)
- Children aged 8 to 13 (5-5.45 pm)
- People over 50 years old (6-6.45pm).

Activity Details: Nordic Walking is a form of fitness walking using specially designed poles and a learned technique to produce a low impact, high results, total body workout. Nordic Walking is for everyone regardless of age, fitness level or chronic conditions.
The session aims to provide an understanding of the benefits of Nordic Walking and an opportunity to experiencing the feel and potential applications of the poles.

Activity Details: An intermediate level class that moves quickly from one exercise into another, creating a powerful, flowing routine.
Efficient. Effective. Fun. Set to music, Barre classes incorporate traditional Pilates sequences along with some ballet type moves. Mostly done standing at the Barre, classes are great for toning of glutes, legs and abdominals. A unique and creative program that is energising and uplifting. Participants need to be reasonably healthy, with no acute injuries, do not have osteoporosis and are not pregnant.
