Simone will take you through the different platforms out there and the ‘pro's and cons’ but also help you to look at the resources required to maintain your social presence, the type of content you should utilise, how to determine where your customers are and what they are doing in the social landscape.
Simone is a dynamic and engaging facilitator with over 17 years in corporate management roles encompassing generalist HR, recruitment and development of small to large teams across multiple sites, industry sectors and states. She is experienced in a variety of social media platforms and their complimentary applications, social media strategy, risk management, disaster recovery and associated HR policies and processes.
