East Ave Pedestrian Refuge Update

The Road Safety Agenda is now available.  There has been a fair amount of correspondence with DPTI since the Committee deferred a decision to get further information. The new suggestion is to add protuberances in a similar location as previously described (near the corner of Dunrobin St).
