Both are skilled organic gardeners with a wealth of knowledge and years of experience. Commencing Wednesday 16th October 2013 at Fern Avenue Community Garden, 18 Fern Ave, Fullarton. 7 weekly sessions of 2 ½ hours 6pm to 8.30pm
Th e course covers theory and practical work and topics include
• Soil and soil preparation
• Making compost
• Safe weed and pest control
• Wise watering
• How plants work
• Mulching
• How to save seeds and propagate plants
