Council Trash Earns Millions

An interesting article in the paper this  morning on an innovation from Onkaparinga Council. They will be sending their recyclables to a new facility for recycling. SKM Recycling will take all of the recyclables and pay the Council over $1,000,000 each year for it. This will be additional to monies saved on dumping. This is the sort of ideas Unley will be looking for when putting out to tender and finalising it's new rubbish collection services.
