This tree grew just outside my classroom.it appeared to be a beautiful, healthy tree. Last weekend my visual assessment was proved quite wrong. The tree first spit away from the foreground and then in the next wind the remainder split in two.The limb on the left fell where students often sit and enjoy their breaks.The site has now been cleaned up. The entire centre of the tree had been eaten out but white ants.
